【 明 報 專 訊 】 蔡 瀾 美 食 坊 昨 日 舉 行 冬 日 創 意 美 食 巡 禮 ， 邀 請 邵 美 琪 和 李 珊 珊 到 場 試 新 菜 式 ， Maggie 更 即 場 示 範 煎 雞 蛋 。

久 未 露 面 的 邵 美 琪 ， 昨 日 試 吃 六 道 新 菜 式 ， 其 中 一 道 以 牛 鞭 加 魚 肉 製 成 的 牛 B 丸 最 為 特 別 ， Maggie 試 吃 一 口 之 後 ， 還 笑 道 ﹕ 「 點 解 無 牛 胸 丸 。 」 不 過 六 道 菜 式 中 ， 她 最 愛 吃 較 清 淡 的 牛 柏 葉 粥 。

至 於 Maggie 即 場 示 範 臘 腸 飯 加 煎 蛋 ， 蔡 瀾 試 過 味 亦 覺 得 不 錯 ， Maggie 笑 言 自 己 好 為 食 ， 她 說 ﹕ 「 我 好 鍾 意 食 ， 尤 其 臘 腸 飯 ， 冬 天 食 最 適 合 ， 平 日 在 屋 企 都 會 吃 一 些 簡 單 菜 式 。 」 近 期 她 忙 於 拍 新 劇 《 蕭 十 一 郎 》 ﹔ 而 電 影 《 PDU 》 仍 未 復 拍 。

珊 珊 平 日 最 愛 煲 湯 ， 她 笑 謂 ﹕ 「 如 果 我 識 煮 ， 就 不 用 做 這 行 。 」 她 表 示 ， 樣 樣 都 會 食 ， 不 會 揀 飲 擇 食 。 此 外 ， 日 前 九 龍 城 實 施 行 人 專 用 區 ， 引 起 不 少 商 戶 反 對 ， 蔡 瀾 覺 得 最 好 封 一 半 路 。

Yesterday, Choi Lan held a winter food festival and invited Maggie Siu and Lee San San to tried out some new dishes. Maggie also perform how to cook eggs that day.

Haven't seen Maggie for awhile and she tried out six new dishes that day. The most special dish is the beef balls which are made of beef and fish. After one bite, Maggie laugh, "How come there's no beef ball?" However, out of the six dishes, her favorite is "beef's puk yip" (Kuji: Don't know how to say it in English but some kind of beef's intestine).

Choi Lan also praise Maggie's cooking is not bad. Maggie happily mentioned that she loves to eat. She said, "I love to eat. Clay pot's rice is perfect for the winter season. I usually eat very simple dishes at home." Lately, she is busy filming "Siu 11 Long" and have not start her new movie, "PDU".
