| It is amazing to me how quickly my two children are growing. In four short months I will have two one year old children on my hands. I try not to think about the future too much with them so that I can enjoy each day, but it is so hard when time seems to race by so fast. I am sure you all remember growing up and hearing your mother or father say to you, "You'll understand when you have your own children." I can truly say, I understand. I understand the pain mothers must feel when they lose their children, I understand how scary it could be to turn around and not see your child there, I understand the incredibly intense and awesome love you can feel for another human being. Those two children are my heart and soul. This month Zoe has almost learned to crawl, she is pretty great at getting to what she needs. She can sit up on her own after she has been laying down. She growls sometimes and she loves to steal things from Hayden. Hayden has been talking up a storm. Sometimes she just stares into the eyes of her sister and starts talking. I can't wait to find out what she is saying. She is patient when Zoe steals her things. She screams everytime I leave the room- we're working on that. We take trips out almost everyday. Their newest adventure is the daycare at the gym. One hour of playtime with other kids for them, one hour of exercise and an attempt at de-stressing for me. I'd say it is working out great on both ends. All the daycare ladies know them now and I feel safe leaving them. Their Grandpa Gordon moved back from Atlanta last weekend. We are going to his Welcome Home Party on Saturday. We are all looking forward to lots more quality time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
