Name: Rita McAdden
Age: 20
Personality: Rita has two ways with people, that's like, and fry! When she was in High School, (in which he suprisingly developed a crush on a certain clumsy, yet intelligent youg rat) Rita was known as one of the most popular student in St. Canard High, and stayed trapped in her own tight circle of "friends".
However, unlike her group of prissy, stuck-up friends, Rita was both kind and smart. Unfortunately, due to her looks and the fact she hung out with some of the more popular crowds in school, her fellow student body quickly diminished her to be no better then them, leaving half of her "non-friends" to either fear, or hate her.
After she became Static in Static Shock, Rita's mind didn't get quite as fried as one would think, so she retained her kindness, as well as gained a new more sadistic edge to anyone who made her angry.
History: Rita comes from a particularly wealthy Irish background, but was born in St. Canard after her father bought property there a little while before she was born, and he and his wife (Alexander and Arleene) moved there. She was very secluded up until her ninth grade, always being extremely anti-social, though not in any rude way. She simply preffered reading or writing, and liked to spend time alone. When she was six, her parents signed her up for ballet, which she hated, though it made her increadibly agile and quick.
After she got into High School, her good looks, and temporary boyfriend (Captain of the St.Canard High Basketbal team) got her a good social position, despite her continuing anti-social preferences. She exceeds in most of her school work, with the exeption of Science, so her Science teacher calls on the school's best Science student (Elmo Sputterspark) to help her. Thus begins a friendship, and later on, a partnership. She also met Lisa Featherton, who would later become her best friend...
