Voice: Very gentle and almost child-like in manner. Often quite and shy, and she has a light but high-pitched laugh.

Personality: Lisa is almost an exact opposite to her best friend Static, being kind and quite, with a "I believe everyone should have a second chance" attitude. Though she can almost seem depressed, having had a bad childhood in a orphanage, similar to Gosalyn's.
She may be a bit of a wallflower, and has a naive sense of security (which explains her trust and love of Quackerjack) However, if intimidated just right, she can stand up for herself in a pretty violent way.
History: Lisa Featherton is actually Drake Mallard's estranged daughter. It turns out that Drake once had a girlfriend when he was in College, and she *neglected* to tell him of the fact that he could have been a father, and instead, gave Lisa up for adoption. By chance, Drake met up with this girlfriend when an old college buddy told him she was dying of cancer in a hospital, and once he found her, she spilled the secret to him. Of course, Drake went nuts and swore to find Lisa, after which he did, and quickly adopted her.
After being adopted and re-aquainted with her long-lost father, Lisa came to live with Drake and Gosalyn, still unaware that her father was really Darkwing Duck. She and Gosalyn didn't get along at first, due to Gosalyn's jealousy that Drake was no longer focusing his full attention on *her* as a father. However, they eventually mended their differences, and became good friends, as well as close sisters.
Another thing that Lisa has a problem with is the fact that she idolizes Quackerjack, though not his new psychotic identity, she was a huge fan of Quackerjack Toy Manufacture Co. when is was in business, and still loves the owner *wink* which doesn't exactly please her father.
