Materials:
PSP 8 of 9

A tube
Brush
 and Selections CrisTaylor (Here)

1. Open your tube in PSP and resize to 250 pixels high.
Edit > Copy , and minimize.

 

2. Open a new transparent image of 800 x 300 pixels.
Add a new layer.

 

3. Selections – Load/Save Selections> Load Selection from Disk >

find the Cris Taylor_Top selection and apply onto the canvas.
Edit > Paste into Selection
Deselect.

 

4. Adjust - Blur> Radial Blur,

with these settings:


5. Effects – Distortion Effects> Wave,

with these settings:
(your are welcome to use your own idea here of course)

 

6. Effects – Your own filter ( User Defined Filter)
  ( Click here to view the settings)

 

Option: If you prefer, you can also mirror

the image as seen in my image -example of the tutorial)

 

7. Activate Raster 1 in the Layers Palette.
Fill this layer with a color which suit your image
Minimize your canvas for now.

 

8. Activate your tube.

Layers > Load/Save Mask >

Load Mask From Disk
find  Nevoa (20/20) and apply

Delete the Mask layer

and reply "yes" to the question.
Layers > Merge Groep
Edit > Copy.

 

9. Activate your canvas again
Edit > Paste as New Layer.

Position the tube with your Mover Tool where you want it.
 

10. Add a new raster layer.
Activate your Brush Tool

and add a brush of your choice,

where you want to.

 

11 - Add your name or watermark on a new layer.
Layers – Merge All.

 Here you can see an example of the mirrored topper.
