1 -  Open your tube in PSP and resize to 380 in height.

Edit > Copy.

 

2 - Choose two colors from the tube as

foreground and background colors

and make a gradient, with these settings:

 

3 - Open a new transparent canvas of 

1024 x 400 pixels, or 800 x 400pixels
Flood fill with the gradient.

 

4 - Effects >Plugin >VM Natural >Cross Weave,

with these settings

 

5 - Add a new layer
Layer > Arrange > Send To Botton

 

6 - Flood fill with the gradient.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 52%

 

7 - Layers > Merge All

 

8- Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance

 

9 - Effects > Image Effects >

Seamless Tiling > Factory Defaults

 

10 - Edit > Paste as New Layer

( your image should still be in the memory)
Position the tube with your Mover Tool

 

11 - Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

 

12 - Add your name or watermark on a new layer.
