TOY BACKGROUND

Materials needed:
1. Program PSP 8 or 9

2. Plugins:

3. A tube of your choice.

1- Open your tube in PSP and resize to 250 pixels.

Choose a color from your tube as foreground color.

Edit > Copy . Minimize the tube for now.

Open a new transparent canvas of 250x250pixels.

Flood fill with the color you have chosen.

2- Apply Effects > Plugins > I.C.Net Software Unlimited 2 >

Buttons&Frames > 3D Glass Frame 03- standard settings

3- Apply Effects > Plugins > Two Moon >

String Thing, with these settings:

4- Effects >Plugins > FM Tile Tools - Collage Circular,

with these settings:

5- Effects >Plugins >Flaming Pear Ornament

6- Effects > Plugins >Simple filters > Diamonds

Change your foreground color to pattern

and choose this image you have just

created as the pattern.

7- Open a new transparent image of

1024 x 350 or 800 x 350pixels
Flood fill with the pattern you

have just created.

8- Open your image again.

Edit > Paste a New Layer.
Drag it into the position you like.

Add your watermark or name on a new layer.

9- Layers > Merge > Merge All.
