Material needed:
Programa PSP 8 or 9
An Image / Tube
Mask
Nevoa

Open your image in PSP,
resize to 290px in height.
Edit > Copy and minimize for now
1 - Open a new transparent canvas of
1024 x 300 or 800 x 300px
Selection > Selection All
Edit >Paste Into Selection
Selection > Selection None
2 - Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
> Factory Defaults
3 - Adjust > Blur >
Radial Blur,
with these settings:
4 - Effects > Geometrics Effects > Perspective
Vertical,
with these settings:
5 - Effects > Image
Effects > Seamless Tiling > Factory Defaults
6 - Layers > New Raster Layer
Floodfill with a color of your choice that
compliments your image
Layers > Arrange > Move Down
Minimize the background canvas for now
7 - Activate your minimized tube
Layers > Load/Save Masks>
Load Mask From Disk > Mask Nevoa > Apply
Layers > Delete
Layers > Merge Group.
Edit > Copy and minimize
8 - Activate your minimized background canvas
again
Edit > Paste as New Layer
Move the tube into position with your Mover Tool
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to
"Exclusion"
in your Layers Palette.
9 - Add your name or watermark on a new
Layers > Merge All
