1. Open your tube in PSP and resize to 280 pixels in height
Edit -> Copy and minimize

2. Open a new transparent image of 800 x 280 pixels
Selections – Select All
Edit – Paste Into Selection
Deselect

3. Effects – Image Effects – Seamless tiling with

the default settings

4. Adjust – Blur – Motion Blur,

with these settings:

Repeat this effect twice

5. Effects – Plugins– Filter Artistic –

Paint Daubs, with these settings:

6. Effects – Filter Effects – Simple – Top left mirror
Save and minimize your canvas for now

7. Activate your tube/image
Layers – Load/Save Mask>

Load mask from disk>

mask Nevoa
Layers – delete mask layer –

reply "yes" to the question
Layers – Merge> Merge All.
Edit > Copy, minimize.

8. Activate your background canvas
Edit > Paste as new layer.
Position it with your Mover Tool

where you like it.

9. Add your name or watermark on a new layer
Layers – Merge All.
