Materials needed
Programa PSP 8 or 9
Plugin KPT 5
A tube

 

***

 

1 -Open your image in  PSP , resize to 300 pixels in Height  
Edit > Copy, minimize

2 -Open a new transparent image

of 1024 x300 pixels or 800 x 300 pixels
Selection > Selection All
- Edit > Paste Into Selection
Selection > Selection None.

 

3- Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Factory Defaults.

 

4 -  Adjust > Blur >Motion Blur with these settings:
Angle = 311 > Strenght% = 100
Repeat this effect twice.

 

5- Effects >Plugins > KPT 5 > with these settings:

 

6 -Layer > New Raster Layer
Fill with white
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60%)

in your Layers Palette

 

7 - Layers > Merge All

 

8 -Effects >Edges Effects > Enhance More

 

9 - Edit > Paste as New Layer

( your image should still be in the memory)
Position the tube where you like it.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow.

 

10- Add your name or watermark on a new layer.

 

11 -Layers > Merge All.
