Plugins:
Italian Editors
Simple
Filters;
Mask Nevoa
An Image or tube

1 - Open your
image in PSP and resize to 380 pixels in height
Edit > Copy, minimize
2 -Open a new
transparent canvas of
1024 x 400 pixels or 800 x 400pixels
Selection > Selection All
Edit > Paste Into Selection
Selection > Select None
3 -Adjust > Blur
> Gaussian Blur > 22,00.
4 - Effects > Plugins > Italian Editors Effect/
Mosaico,
with these settings:
5 - Effects >
Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Factory Defaults.
6 -Effects > Edge
Effects > Enhance More.
7 -Effects > Geometric Effects > Shake, with these
settings:
8 - Effects >
Plugins > Simple > Pizza Slice Mirror.
9 - Effects >
Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Factory Defaults
Save and minimize your background for now.
10 - Activate your
minimized tube
Layers > Load/Mask / Mask from disk > mask nevoa.
Layers > Delete Mask layer and reply "yes" to the question
Layers > Merge Group.
Edit > Copy or (Ctrl+C)
11 - Activate your
background canvas again.
Edit > Paste as New Layer
Position the tube where you like it, with your Mover Tool.
12 - Add your
watermark or name on a new layer
13 - Layers >
Merge All
