Material needed:
Program PSP 8 or 9
A tube

Plugins:

***

1- Open your tube in PSP

Choose a colors from your tube.

Edit> Copy, and minimize for now.

2- Open a new transparent canvas of

1024 x 350px or 800 x 350 px
Flood fill with your color.

3- Effects > Plugins >Unlimited 2 >

Buttons&Frames > 3D Glass Frame 03

4- Effects > Plugins> VM Distortion >

Flip Chop with the default settings.

5- Effects >Plugins >Filter Factory Gallery E >

Transparent Pizza

with these settings:

6- Active your Magic Wand and click in the white parts of the canvas

Fill with the color you have chosen in step 1.
Keep selected.

7- Effects > Plugins >Unlimited 2 > Paper Textures >

Fribrous Paper,Fine.

Apply with the original settings
Selections\invert

8- Effects > DSB Flux > Tiler,

with these settings:

9- Selections > Select None

10- Effects > Plugins >Flaming Pear > Ornament

11- Effects > Plugin >Simple > Diamonds
Change your foreground color to pattern

and select this image you have just

made as the pattern.

12- Open a new transparent image of

1024x350px or 800x350px
Flood fill with the pattern

13- Edit > Paste a New Layer

(Your tube should still be in the memory)

Use your Mover Tool to place the tube

where you like it.

14 -Add your name or watermark on a new layer

15 - Layers > Merge > Merge All.
