Materials needed:
Program PSP 8 or 9
A tube

1 - Open
your tube in PSP and resize to 290 pixels in height
Edit > Copy, minimize.
2 - Open a
new transparent image 300 x 300 pixels
Flood fill with a color from your tube .
3 - Selection
> Selection All
Edit > Paste Into Selection
Selection > Selection None
4 Effects >
Image Effects > Seamless Tiling, Factory Defaults.
5 - Adjust >
Blur >Gaussian Blur> Radius = 35,64
6 - Effects
>Reflections Effects > Feedback, with these settings:
7- Effects >
Image Effects > Seamless Tiling, Factory Defaults
8 -Effects >
Edge Effects > Enhance
Change your foreground color to pattern
and find this image you have just made.
Select it as
the pattern.
9- Open a new
transparent canvas of
800 x 300pixels or 1024x 300 pixels
Fill with the pattern above.
10 -Edit >
Paste As New Layer
Position the tube where you like it.
11 - Add your
watermark or text .
12 - Layers
> Merge All
