Materials needed:
Program PSP 8 or 9
Plugin: Photo Swizzle

A tube

***

1 - Copy your tube and close the original.

Resize the copy to 200 x 200 pixels

2 -Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur = 29,10

3 - Effects > Plugins > Photo Swizzle > Button Maker,

with these settings:
Type in the "Control Settings" option

tile_photo_button for our graphic to work

4- Effects > Image > Seamless Tiling > with these settings:

5 - Image > Rotate > Rotate Clockwize 90

6 - Repeat step 4

7- Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance.

Add a new layer and drag it below this patterned layer.

Fill the new layer with a color from your tube.

Open a new canvas of 1024 x 250, or 800 x 250 pixels.

Change the foreground color to pattern and choose this tile

you have just created as the pattern.

Flood fill the canvas.

Edit>paste your image as a new layer(if you want)

8 -Add your watermark or name on a new layer.
Layers > Merge All

Save as Jpg
