Arco Background

Materials needed:
Program PSP 8 or 9
Plugins:
A tube
***
1- Open your tube
in PSP and choose a color from your
tube as foreground color.
Edit > Copy. Minimize the tube.
2- Open a new
transparent image of 350 x 350 pixels.
3- Flood fill the
canvas with your color.
4- Effects >
Plugin I.C.Net Software Unlimited 2 >
Buttons&Frames > 3D Glass Frame 2
with the standard settings.
5- Effects > Plugin Eye
Candy > Antimatter, with these settings:

6- Effects >
Plugin Galaxy > Bluuur, with these settings:

7- Effects >
Plugins > Flaming Pear > Ornament.
8- Effects >
Plugins > Xenofex 1.1 > Stain, with these settings,
and add a complimentary color in the square as shown below:

9- Image > Add a
1 pixel symmetrical border.
Choose a nice clear color that compliments your image.
10- Effects >
Plugin Simple > Diamonds.
11- Effects >
Edge Effect > Enhance.
12- Change your
foreground color to pattern and
select the image
your have just made as your pattern.
13- Open a new
transparent image of
1024 x 350px or 800 x 350 pixels
Floodfill with your pattern.
14- Edit > Paste
a New Layer
( your image should still be in the memory)
Move the image into position with your Mover Tool.
16 -Add your name
or watermark on a new layer
17- Layers >
Merge > Merge All.
