Materials:
PSP 8 or 9
Filter Mehdi - Kaleidoscope - Download here

place the filter in your mehdi filters folder.

It is the older version of Kaleidoscope)
A tube.

1. Open the tube in PSP -
Go to Image – Resize - 380 pixels high( in height)-

Edit - Copy

2. Open a new white canvas 1024 x 400 pixels or 800 x 400 pixels
Selections – Select All

Edit - Paste into the Selection ( your tube is still in the memory)

3. Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling - default settings

4. Adjust – Blur- Motion Blur, with these settings:

Angle 310 - strength = 100%

Repeat 3 times

5. Effects – Filter Effects – Mehdi – Caleidoscope with these settings:

6. Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling – with default settings.

7 Effects - Image Effects – Offset, with these settings:

8. Effects – Image Effects - Seamless Tiling - default settings.

9. New Raster Layer.

Fill with white
Change the Opacity of this layer as you prefer it. I chose 80%

Layers - Merge - Merge All.

10. Effects – Edge Effects - Enhance.

11. Edit - Paste as New Layer.

Use your Mover Tool and place your image where you want it.

12. Add your watermark.

13. Merge All Layers.
