All serving is done wearing plastic gloves. Everything is carefully laid out and there is no spillage or anything out of balance.

It is colorful and attractive and the workers work in a quiet team. There is no talking, no back chat and serious attention to duty.

This was one of the displays in the food area...the food is carefully laid out and you order what you wish to have. The prices are very reasonable....and the quality is excellent. Lotte is a very upmarket store and has a high reputation and everything is of the very best...including the food.
