I sat at Daejeon Lotte General store and enjoyed a fruit yoghurt sundae in their downstairs food area which is superb.....and looked across to see this man start with a wad of dough.

I wondered what he was doing. He split it, and threw it and split it again and soon had 4 then 8 and I watched him make noodles just using his hands. I walked across to capture this last 2 frames and the noodles....will add the images to my Korean album on Daejeon....and I saw the entire proces from dough to the plate of noodles...and it was just impressive..
