The World Through My Eyes
I catch glimpses into things happening around the world and share it with you....with Photographs and Words Ladymaggic
School Gardens are very ornate and very beautiful
photo

They are planned with shaped trees..the mountain pine...and many statues.

This school where I teach english 2 days a week, has a very full garden. There would be over 20 statues, a small pond with a water wheel, a bird aviary with a rabbit, a spotted something and some chickens, a beautiful pergola with what could be purple lilac or that other purple clematis clustering vine pouring over, some fantastic huge trees and a great  big flat area where the school assembles and does exercises, and has meetings or assemblies and peformances.

Its a very quiet and well run school with the private school feeling, with high quality technology in every classroom and well dressed teachers.

The passages are lined with seasonal pot plants, art work and goldfish in tanks.

The only thing I hate is the korean custom of removing shoes and wearing these ghastly slippers  indoors, which they present to you for you to wear. They are usually very ugly, and make me wonder why teachers dress so well, and then flop around in this footwear...even the principal in his expensive suit, wears slippers indoors.

Last week when it was very cold, it was also ultra cold to take my boots off and go into plastic slippers.
