This was my first sirloin meat meal and it was delicious. The sirloin steak was Korean beef and very tender and very rich. It also had a wonderful flavour.

The barcecue is in the centre of the table lit by a small portable gas flame, and we cooked the meat with slices of mushroom and onion and whole garlic. The meal come with all these accompaniments, and sauces.

To eat, you take a lettuce leaf, spread it with sauce, then an array of what is available, including a piece of meat, which has been cut down to serve size pieces with kitchen scissors, fold it into a package and eat as a whole.

It was very delicious.
