A few London pics with slightly different aspects than those Tina has put up

My first view of Wimbledon - well the station anyway -
from the train on the way into London from Leatherhead.
More of Wimbledon Tennis Stadium later....

A small section of the London Eye

Unfortunately it was a drizzly day in London Town so the views
weren't as good as they would have been on a sunny day,
but it was still a fabulous 'flight'!!

Looking down from the dizzying height of the top of the Eye to two of it's feet below.  Those little white circles are the cafe tables.....and you can just make out the people sitting at them..

These are rain spots on the glass, but I thought it looked a little like snow!!

This is one of Bill's pics - coming in to land and disembark, which, as when you get on, you do while the Eye is moving as it never totally stops!!!!
It does run at a nice slow pace though..

This shop is next to to the London Dungeon which Tina has on this page

And a slightly different view than Tina's of Queen Anne with a pigeon on her head!!!
I had thought it was Queen Victoria but then decided it wasn't so
did a search and finally found that it's Queen Anne

City Hall - it's so interesting to see the very modern buildings among the
oh so old ones!!

This is the boat we went on for our cruise along the River Thames
from Tower Bridge to the London Eye

And I had to have a pic of one of London's famous double decker buses!!

and a couple of some of the hundreds of London Taxis.....
