| Chrono Cross in my opinoin is one of the best games in the whole history of the world. The storyline sent a wave of emotions and it flows togather so well. The graphics are wonderful! And the charactur development makes you feel like you really are the characturs. The follow will expose a bunch of spoilers so if you do not want to spoil the story line then i suggest not reading the story line or anything past this point, i will try tou out line the spoilers but i might mess up. _______________________________________________ Story line: It is about mainliy a young boy who almost died and his father took shelter in "Fates" labrotory. Fate healed the boy "Serge" and he becomes the arbititor of fate. Now ultimatly this all started out with Lavos (the big bad monster thingy) trying to take over the world when the princess"Kid" gets captured by lavos a part of her spirit is sent back well because Lavos has successfully destroyed the world Deminsions split into one world where serge dies at the age of 7 and one where he survives. One day as he is getting shells for his ultimatly nagging girlfriend Leena he meets her at opassa beach where she starts making him feel bad about not remembering the "promise" suddenly serge flashes back on some not to pleasent memorites and her ends up face down on the beach with a very weird old man stareing at him. Well Serge goes back to his once happy home to find out that no one knows him! He talks to leena and she tells some sobb story and ultimatly tells him to go to cape howl. He goes there to find a grave stone....His grave stone (this is quite a touching scene) suddenly a bunch of bullys come up and try to capture him then Kid comes in (oh wonderful beautiful kid *im not gay*) and she save his ass after you kick there ass and its not a hard battle. she askes to join you now you can say no and gett that annoying leena char. and get kid later but for kicks get leena. You end up going to tremainia where if you go into the inn befor going up the stairs kid says some pretty funny stuff when you meet her at the top. Bascily you decide to see what the bullys want with you and after a long hard fight to the top of the castle you meet Lynx, Lynx is your father althoug you do not know it at the time To save your life the fates twisted him to their bidding. After a not to hard battle Riddle (my other favorite char.) Comes in and kid takes her hostige (not to hurt her just to ecscape) In the prosess Kid gets poisened. you jump off a cliff and wake up in a docors office. You find out that you can choose to save kid or not to. If you dont you get a bunch of char. and i dont know if she ever comes back i did not have it in my heart to let her die. If you do you have to fight a bunch of midgits which is suprisingly hard. After that Korcha lend you his boat if kid promesis to merry him this is a very funny scene. Kid get hurt by lynx who switches bodys with you Kid starts following lynx not knowing who he is when you final get back to your real self kid is in a coma to get her back you have togo on a side quest (one of the best ones) get the chrono cross or the masamune and then you can gointo her coma and save here from the burning orphanage this is one of the best movies int he game so do it!!! After alot of travling the fates lead you to beleive the dragon gods are the evil so you defet them and to find out they were the good guys (go figure) so then you have to destroy fate to maintain a balance this battle is very hard very very hard alot harder then the final boss. Then you find out all of the secrets in the game there are also many side quests. I suggest getting the chrono cross to defet the boss that ending is soooo touching!!!!! ______________________________________________ There is many more things you go through to finish this game i just did not want to write it all down if you want a complete walkthrough e-mail me and i will find one and send it to you although i suggest not doing that.
