Other religions use Prayer Beads which are similar in use and meaning. The consentration used in the Faith is easily obtained through Prayer. Using the Rosary or Prayer Beads helps to initiate the integration of the Physical Need with the Mental or Spiritual Need.
This Prayer, as follows, is used to incorperate the Five Elementals as well as the Godhead of the Magen Faith. Any version of this Prayer can be used or it can be changed to make the Prayer more personal. To make it personal gives it more of a meaning.
" Gracious Father bless me this day, and take my spirit up unto Yours.

2) Blessed is the Love, given to me by the Spirit.

4) Blessed is the Strength, given to me by the Earth.
5) Blessed is the Wind that circles around me.
6) Blessed is the Faith, given to me by the Wind.
7) Blessed is the Water that flows through me.
8) Blessed is the Peace, given to me by the Water.
9) Blessed is the Fire that engulfes me.
10) Blessed is the Protection, given to me by the Fire.
