| Anime Character of the Month | Opinion: Sanzo makes the show worth watching. If you're not into a lot of flashbacks and backstory you might not like this one. This is one for the collection, folks, but buy the box set if you can (when it comes out) it will be cheaper that way. Review: Some time ago, demons and humans lived together in peace. However, now a band of demons seeks to ressurect an evil monster, a ruler of the demons. A renegade priest named Genjo Sanzo, a party guy and ladies man, Sha Gojo, a demon deemed the king of monkies and once-human demon must join together to stop them. Saiyuki is a 'jeep-full' of laughs and exitement that won't find anywhere else. |
