Opinion: Well, after all the hype I heard it was pretty disappointing. Of course, I'm sure the series makes much more sense and the animation is a lot better off. (The 4 30 minute episodes seemed an hour long.) But Tatsuki and some of the computer graphics made it seem worth the $40 I paid for it, not to mention the 10 mini pencil boards that came with it.
Summary: Taka and Miaka are happily married and expecting their first child when Myo, a jealous high school girl, decides she wants Taka for herself. She reopens the Universe of the Four Gods (book) and finds herself trapped in a strange dimension where she plans to lure Taka and keep him for herself. Something, however is terribly wrong with this world and the Suzaku Seven must reconvine to summon the Suzaku to defeat a great evil and save Miaka and Taka's baby as well as the new, strange world in the book.
