| Name: Evander von Dein Codename: Shock Affiliation: X-Men Height: 5ft 6" Eyes: Pale silver Hair: white Powers: Evander generates a bioelectric pulse which, when he touches someone, causes their immune system to 'freeze up', causing them to become paralyzed or go comatose. This effect is extremely painful to the victim, and since this power is always active, he is unable to touch anyone or anything living. History: Evander is the younger brother of Ashurei, both of which were born into a rich greek family. Unfortunatly, unlike his brother, Evanders powers became immediatly obvious when he broke his leg after falling into a ditch, and when his father touched him to try and carry him out, he was shocked and paralyzed. After that, Evander was taken from one doctor after another, searching for a cure to his 'problem', as if mutancy was a disease that would go away if you threw enough drugs at it. Unfortunatly, the drugs made him nauseous and lethargic, but his parents refused to take him off it. Then, his father was reassigned to America, and once there, Evander hoped that the doctors could cure him of his mutant curse. Quirks: Evander is skilled in horse back riding and hunting, two of his favorite sports. And, unlike most electric mutants, water actually amplifies Evanders powers, so don't get him wet! |
