The cake on the left was decorated for my Mother on her birthday (in March of 1996, before I'd taken any decorating classes). The one below (from 9/96) was a commision for a coworker of Mom's who saw the other one and liked it. The strawberry icing color was actually a pretty shade of pink, but didn't photograph well. | |
