We moan the loss of a great leader. Not great in the political sense that we have embraced over the last ten years since the beggining of the multi-party era, but really a great politk specimen. The one that every politician should emulate. . Michael Kijana Wamalwa was not only a great leader but also a great educator. And that is what our politicians must aspire to be, Educators ,because the seat that they sit in, was afforded to them by their respective constituents. Mr. Wamalwa was in every way, a model for each and every aspiring politician, for it should NOT be the power that is that motivation, but the ability to educate, ability to create a difference in their communities and localities. His actions spoke louder than his words.In this era of a political environment quick to rebuke but slow to correct he was a an apple in a largely orange basket. We at Magaidi, express our condolences to the family and friends, and also to the nation over the loss of a great educator..... |
