During each 60-minute  workout, customers work with six (6) machines to increase energy levels, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. They spend 10 minutes on each machine, exercising all major parts of the body. A ten minute workout on each table, two or three times a week, significantly reduces inches and tones muscle. The tables are excellent for people of all ages and most levels of fitness ability. Almost everyone can use our equipment. People who have not been able to exercise because of medical conditions such as arthritis, bursitis or back problems usually have no difficulty doing these tables. They are good for your circulation, flexibility, endurance and mobility and best of all you will lose inches.

1. SANDBAG TABLE

(1,000 Hip rolls in 10 minutes) This table will FIRM and TONE the tummy, hips, upper thighs, calves, lift buttocks, and help to disperse cellulite.

 

2.LEG TABLE

(Simulates a 2 mile walk in 10 minutes) This table will FIRM and TONE the entire leg area, especially the inner thigh, tummy, and lift buttocks.


3. SIT UP TABLE

(90 Sit-ups in 10 minutes) This table will FIRM and TONE the tummy, calves, upper thigh, and strengthen lower back.

 

4. WAIST, TUMMY, HIP TABLE

(900 Back Kicks in 10 minutes) This table will FIRM and TONE the waist, tummy, hips, and strengthen lower back, lift buttocks, and disperse cellulite.


5. STRECH TABLE

(Best overall exercise for the whole body) This table will FIRM and TONE the upper arms, bra area front and back (men -- upper back), midriff, waist, tummy, calves, and thighs. Lifts ribcage and helps with posture.

 

6. RELAX TABLE

(Relaxation) This table will help increase circulation, therefore aiding in the elimination of excess water and toxins, dispersing cellulite.
