So far, we haven't had may of these publicly exuded, but this is a WRITTEN review. Later on, we might just ask people to describe us and post their thought as reviews :D

A review from an Anonymous Source:

"With the absence of former keyboardist Pamela Leigh Mcveigh,
the addition of new bassist Phoebe Kevorkian and the exchange of bodily fluids in general . . . mafia dumptruck has hit an all time peak - in the sense that when you peak on a good trip, you're hallucinations are at their finest... yes, thats correct, i would most closely identify The Dumptruck with a strange and yet enticing trip on shrooms.....yeah, thats close enough! The mushrooms might have been those grown in a radioactive zone of a country populated with ugly cows ! So here comes the new album "I Killed The Radio Star" which screams from speakers at parties everywhere, especially the ones held on the psych ward at most local hospitals (prohibiting it hasn't been banned at the hospitals in your area). Anyhow, with an impressively strong start to this album we have "My Head" - sung primarily by the complex vocalist EMON - and if you don't pay attention to the words, you might actually mistake it for real music! Other hits include "Toby", about a dyke bus driver with a mullet and "Manager Got Crabs" another true to life depection of characters in the 'real' Dumptruck world . These true to life realists also have a flare for the less fortunate side of life, shown beautifully in such catchy tunes as "Poor White Trash" and "Dirty Cripple Negro Jew with AIDS" . . . the lyrics and "music" in this exciting new album are almost too much for this small time girl to ponder over for too long ( I value my sanity ) . . . so go out and buy it yourself"---Anonymous!

A review from Delusions of Adequacy:

"Formed in 1997, Mafia Dumptruck is probably the best or at least the most consistently creative group to record for Sloppy Abortion Records. While label-mates Weatherbee in '73 and Golly Gee Willy and the Cerebral Palsys often cross the line of what is tasteful, Mafia Dumptruck walk that line with a concoction of humor, discomfort, and innocence.

"Why You Wanna Kill My Dog?" is their only song to rely on electronic drums, as it is a dance song (but in the same vein as the Young Marble Giants). Despite this, the atmosphere is similar to their other compositions: lo-fi, 4-track tunes, somewhat bass-heavy with stripped down instrumentation. The sound is minimal, but not exacting. In fact, the music takes a back seat to the songwriting. The humor and delivery is reminiscent of the Frogs, although undeniably original. There is even a tangent about always seeing Mexicans in Chinese restaurants, which through the eccentric song-logic gets connected back to the neighbor who killed the singer's dog.

Catchy and odd, "Why You Wanna..." is a great lead in to the rest of their latest release, A Door, which features paradoxical songs like "I'm Depressed" and "I Like You with No Legs" that are at once both childish and sophisticated."
