MAFEA Band is a group of music enthusiasts formed by Engineers and Architects employed by various companies in Saipan, CNMI. The group, inspired by tight fraternal camaraderie among members of its mother association - the Marianas Association of Filipino Engineers & Architects (MAFEA), was formed in July 2003. Amid tight schedules and heavy workloads, the members, Geoffrey Melchor, Ruel Magtalas, Randy Jacob and Nelson Degala tenaciously challenged the aforesaid to give time to their treasured passion . . .
