Introduction
While this assignment is primarily
assigned to my 9th Grade Intermediate English Learners, it is more
than helpful to anyone who wants to get a better grasp of the Parts of Speech
of the English Language. The web quests
that follow will allow students not only to search for the definitions of the
parts of speech, but also to participate in interactive online lessons,
activities, and quizzes on each part of speech.
By the end of the five sessions, students will be ready and better
prepared to take a comprehensive, multiple-choice test on all parts of speech.
Day 1 -- Introduction to the Parts of Speech
