When should I contact a member of the Inner Circle if I have a problem? If you have already requested help from the appropriate Capt. and were unable to attain it or if you are having a problem with your class Capt. Then you should contact a member of the Inner Circle.

The responsibility of the first councilor is to advise the Guild Lord General on Matters of importance. Also he may act as the Guildmaster in the event of the Guildlords absence.
Secondary GM/Guild Admin- Maera Darksoul
It is the responsibility of the Guild Admin to collect and monitor for the guild bank and regulate recruiting. The Guild Admin will also often have updates or important information for you, simply contact her to receive it. As secondary GM she acts as the Gm in his absence.
When should I contact the Guild Admin? See above. You should also contact your guild admin after every weekly meeting to pay your guild dues. You may also need to contact the Guild Admin if you would like to sponsor someone to join the guild.
