| Well, my name is Kate. I'm 17 years waiting to be old and a senior in a high school I hate in a town that I hate even more. I kind of look like the picture over there, though not quite as thin and a bit bustier. As far as appearances go, that's all you need know. You might call me the "lone wolf" type, though this really wasn't my choice. Those that go get to know my on a deep personal level often say that I'm warm, funny, brilliant and a little too kind. Most other people think I'm a bitch. *shrugs* I think I'm me. I love my family like life itself. Speaking of love . . . I have to kick myself. I've let love go. My best friend, the love of my life and the shining jewel of my existence has flown away. Not that I'm overly sad; I understand the intrinsic need inside some people to have to find themselves. Being my last year of high school (thank God!!!), I'm a little too busy planning for college. It's aggrivating. I would love nothing more than to be able to go to Brown University. My family, however, decided that they'd rather see me shoot for Harvard for political reasons. I'm not going to school for it's politics, I'm going to school to better my writing abilities and make a carrer out of what I love. And Brown has a better writing program. Enough babbling about myself. |
