| Perhapes the worse enemy Cloud and the others have ever faced, if only for the simple reason that they refuse to remain beaten, the ShinRa Corp. has made yet another climb from the ashes. Constructed both of knew and old faces, they are the driving power behind all the pitfalls that come between the heros and their goals. Headed by the ambisious son of the original Present ShinRa, Rufus ShinRa, they are a definate force to be reckoned with. Though their long term plans remain a mystery, they have been known to frequently pop up every now and again, pulling strings and testing powers. After a coincidental accident with Sephiroth, they even held Aerith hostage within their newly rebuilt city tower for a short time before Cloud was able to rescure her. "Revenge can be so sweet." |

| Little is known about this enemy....For it seems that there is not just one of him, but several running rampit across the globe, each with his own desires and ideas for exacting his revenge. Several of the heros have even seen more than one in a single place at a time, baring witness that the once whispered rumers were indeed true.
