Learning about Church Doctrine should be an important goal in any Catholic's life. In understanding the teachings we understand more about ourselves and those around us, and come to the realization that God knows what is best for us as human beings, and as His children. A very important topic for us as Catholics today, who want to lead our communities into a People of Life, is Sexual Immorality.
The Church has never changed it's views on such teaching and never will, ie..contraceptives, abortion, etc. There are very important reasons for such things and hopefully I can explain this to you to the best of my ability. In addition to my explainations I will provide a couple of websites that these topics can be looked up and maybe better understood.
The Blessed Mother has been a big part of my life these past few years. To me, knowing her, has brought me closer to her Son. I will do my best to clear up a few misunderstandings that Protestants and even some Catholics may have on the Church's teachings on her life. Because, its like they say,'When you deny the Mother, you are but one step from denying the Son.'
