Midterm

 

Time: Oct 21^st 10:30 – 11:30 am

Place: Chem Rm 3 (regular lecture room)

 

Read this before the exam so that you are mentally prepared.

 

Before exam

• Bring several #2 pencils (sharpened), pencil sharpener and an eraser.
• Seat in alternative rows (as directed by the instructor).
• Do not open the question book until you are told.
• On the computer answer sheet, write down your name (Last name, First name) and your student number.  Write down the course and section number (155101).
• Write down your name and student number on the front page of the question book.

 

During exam

• Circle answers on the question book and then transfer your answer to the computer sheet.  (Both the question book and the computer sheet will be collected.)
• For each question, make sure the circle is completely filled.
• Erase mistake cleanly.
• Do not make any other marks on the computer sheet.  You may use the question book to sketch out things.
• Make sure to answer all questions.  No penalty for wrong answers.  This means you still have 20 % probability of getting the right answer.
• Do not leave the classroom until you are finished.

 

After exam

• Hand in both the question book and the computer answer sheet.
