Differences with the HalloweeN II TV Version Part III

While Dr. Mixter is giving Laurie a shot, the light go out

Next is the Ben Tramer scene. There is added footage of Loomis talking to Hunt after leaving the coroner's office. Hunt say to Loomis "just help me find him and stop him." Hunt asks Loomis if he knows where Michael might be. Loomis says "If he was wounded, he might try to go home."

There is added dialogue where the citizens of Haddonfield are throwing stones at the Myers house.

An extra scene of Janet talking to nurse Karen about how creepy it was that someone broke into the storeroom. Karen acts like nothing is wrong. Janet raises her voice and say to Karen how Laurie was shouting "about how Michael Myers is still out there and he is coming to get her." Then, Janet says "well, I just think its creepy."

When Karen is in one of the patient rooms with Bud, there is added dialogue between the two. Of course, some of the dialogue is edited.

In the hydrotherapy pool scene, the is extra footage of nurse Karen walking into the hydrotherapy room. Again, the nudity is edited out. Because of this, there is a brief part of added footage of Myers about to dunk Karen. It's weird because he looks up right before he dunks her. It is definitely not shown on the regular version. He seems to pause a bit longer before he dunks her.

When Loomis and Marion are in the back seat of the car, Marion tells Dr. Loomis about how Laurie Strode is Myers' sister. During this scene, there is added music when Marion tells Loomis this info about Laurie and Michael.

There is an added scene showing the outside of the hospital and Myers walking down the hallways.

When Jimmy comes in to talk to Laurie, he realizes that she is in a coma. There is added footage and dialogue of nurse Jill checking Laurie. Jimmy says "I'll get the doctor" instead of "I'll go get Dr. Mixter." There is even more added footage of Jill being called to another room. She closes the door to Laurie's room and goes down the hall to the other room.

In the scene where Laurie is dreaming, there is different dialogue. Laurie (when she was a child) is talking to Michael saying" Michael, please don't hurt me......I'm your sister"

Again, more added footage of Michael walking in the hallway. When Myers walks into Laurie's room, he does not stab the covers with the scalpel. He only rips the covers off from the bed. In this scene, there is added footage of Myers in her room. There is also more added footage of Laurie walking in the hallway accompanied by additional music.

Next, there more extra footage of Laurie going into one of the rooms and trying to call her mother. She picks up the phone and dials the number. Then, she says "mama...mama...mama...he won't...mama...he won't die mama...he won't go away mama" Then, she sits the phone back down when she hears Myers in the hallway. the only part of this scene you see in the regular version is the part where she picks up the phone and sets it back down.

Additional footage of nurse Jill in the hallway looking for Laurie. She meets up with Jimmy. Additional footage and dialogue is included. Jimmy says " we've got to find Laurie." Jill says "we've got to find somebody." Then Jill says"Think maybe someone's got in?" Jimmy asks what she means....Jill says "I don't know."

Additional footage of Jimmy looking for Laurie

Added music when Jill discovers the tires are punctured in the parking lot. Jimmy does not find Mrs. Alves until the very end. She is not shown lying on the stretcher dripping blood.

Added music when Laurie is going down the hallway.

Part of the scene where Jill is killed is edited. Also there is more footage of Myers in the hallways. Jimmy does not get in the car with Laurie since he is still looking for her in the hospital. Nor does he slip on the blood from Mrs. Alves just because he slipped. He slips on the blood because of the explosion. The force of the explosion makes him fall.

The state martial is stabbed in the back instead of having his throat slit.

Another added scene of Jimmy looking for Laurie shown when Myers is swinging a scalpel at Laurie in the operating room.

Jimmy slips on the blood because of the explosion. He does not look at Mrs. Alves. The burning Myers mask is shown right after the explosion and before the footage outside the hospital is shown. In the regular version, the burning mask is shown last as Mr. Sandman starts to play.

While Laurie is in the ambulance, a white sheet rises up from behind her. Jimmy had a white sheet covering him. Laurie is scared by the sheet until Jimmy's face appears. Laurie starts to cry and says " We made it!....We made it!" She then hold Jimmy's hand and Mr. Sandman begins to play ending the movie.
