An 18-foot cathedral ceiling of big beam construction provides an open, fresh air feel to the Great Room.

There is a fantastic view out of the 5 huge windows, overlooking St. Eustatius, St. Barts, St. Kitts, and, on really clear days, Nevis.  A large wooden deck beckons you to relax as you look out over the majestic view and enjoy the cool breeze.

The kitchen is designed to interact with the great room.  There is a large counter top/bar area so that your family and guests can gather around you as you prepare a wonderful meal in your large kitchen.

The master bedroom has four front-facing windows looking out over undeveloped, pristine Spring Bay property and over to the island of Statia. 

There are two walk-in closets in the master bedroom.

The lower level is an open tiled space of approximately 800 square feet that can become a separate apartment or become part of the home. 

The cistern, which is such an important part of any home on Saba, has one of the largest water capacities of any home on the island.  The cistern can hold 23,760 gallons of water.
