GORO is a New York based Japanese Heavy Rock'n' Roll band. The Leader of the band "Goro" started the band "DENGEKI" with Masaki Yamada (bass,ex.LOUDNESS, EZO as vocal) and Cha Cha banban (drms). When Cha Cha left the band, they started to call themselves "GORO". Goro used to play at the legendary Rock Club in Jackson Heights, Queens NY called "Castle Heights" (They just closed November 2002.) every Monday with John Magliano (drms). They had a big following there. Nevertheless, Feburary 2002, Masaki decided to leave the band, So Goro had no bass player. But, Goro never lost the passion to play his own music. He reconstructed the band with Sussy (Gtr, ex.SEX MACHINEGUNS), Reo (bass), Dai (drms). GORO's invasion has just started again!!! They have been playing in New York City since Octorber 2002.
