Court Reservations
When calling for a reservation please give all the names in a group and indicate if a guest is playing.
Reservations are allowed no more than seven days in advance.
Please notify the club as far in advance as possible if you decide to cancel a court so we may make that court available to other members.
Please check in at the desk before entering the court area.
Courts cancelled less than 4 hours in advance are subject to a $10 charge.
Memberships
Memberships are for a full 12 months and are transferable. Please notify the club promptly of any change in your membership classification ( single, couple, family ) or of any transfer of membership.
Any initiation fee, if applicable, must be paid in full at the start of a membership.
The membership year will run from September 1 through August 31.
Guests
Guests are welcome and are allowed a maximum of five visits a year. Members are responsible for paying their guest's portion of court fees. Guests are allowed as subs for permanent court time or leagues; however, they must have a guest pass or pay a guest fee of $5. Each member will receive free guest passes each year.
Lockers
Locker rentals are available at a cost of $40/yr. Stop at desk to rent one. Free keyed lockers are available for use on a day-to-day basis. The club is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Nursery
The nursery is staffed from 8:30 am until 3pm weekdays during the indoor season. The fee is $1/hr. No children under the age of 15 months are allowed in the nursery.
Accounts
Accounts are payable and due at the beginning of each month. A 1�% monthly interest rate will be charged to all balances after 30 days ( 18% per year ). Any account 60 days overdue with a balance in excess of $300 will have all charging and playing privileges suspended until the balance is cleared.
Summer and weekend hours may vary, depending on the demand of courts.
