| Last year in VICA we had 7 medal winners. We sent 3 people to nationals in televition production and speech. The competion was held at Central Community college in Hastings, NE. Our national qualifiers were: Darren Brandl & Jon Oswald, TV and video production, and Adam Flaugh for extemperanous speech. You must place 1st at state to qualify for nationals in Kansas City.
