Air

The most needed and most misused thing in this world. The amount of
Oxygen in air is decreasing and 21% as we have studied in our School
days, gets changed now. |

All machines, locomotives that uses engines, consumes Oxygen needed for
living being. |
|
|
Number of trees are cut down, which adds to further danger. |
|
|
Use of
electrical motors can help us out of air pollution. This is more important
for developing countries like India. |
|
|
Metro cities of India suffers a lot from vehicular pollution. |
|
|
|
Water
|
|
Earth has 2/3 of Water. But for human consumption pure drinking water is
needed. It has become really an Elixir to get now. |
|
|
In 2025, it is estimated that nearly half of world population will
suffer from water scarcity. |
|
|
In India it will be even worse. It is in our hands to prevent India from
being a Desert. Many water conservatory procedures must be followed. |
|
|
More specifically, our toilet practices and waste treatment are water
intensive. We have to find out alternative methods. |
|
|
|
Land
|
|
In India, most especially in Tamil Nadu, amount of cultivatable land has
decreased dramatically. But the need for farm output has gone high due
to population increase. |
|
|
Most of lands gone unsuitable for cultivation due to
 |
Burying Plastics underneath. |
|
|
Lack of water supply for long time. |
|
|
Increased number of houses and expansion of
towns.
It is more obvious in my home town Mayiladuthurai, where the fertile
cultivation lands have been converted to Plots. |
|
|
|
So, it's in our hand to prevent the purity and fertility of our soil.
|
|
|
|
Rivers
|
|
Rivers cause both floods and famines. You must think of its importance
by being true to your heart. All of civilizations gets started here. |
|
|
But now, they too get polluted
and exploited. In Tamil Nadu particularly, soil quarry
business is going on very well making the water table of neighboring
places to go low. |
|
|
In small channels, as it is dig deeper, it's level is too low compared
with the irrigation land. So, it is impossible to get water from this
channels without using engines or other forces. |
|
|
Interconnection of Rivers is one of the good thing, we can
try. Some persons say it is tough and absorbs money. There is no point of being a
human by having such negative thoughts. These people must think of how
Taj Mahal is built, how big forts and temples are built in a time, where
there is no Engineering streams, no scientific advancements, no coordination through
Information Technology. |

Trees
|
|
Trees are most easy investment that gives good profit. But I don't know
why we people realize that. |
|
|
By planting a tree, we are really gaining a lot.
|
|
Good Oxygen |
|
|
Reduces temperature |
|
|
Induces rain |
|
|
At least, it worth money through the way it lives and dies. |
|
|
|
We must cultivate our self
the culture of planting trees on all occasions possible. Birthdays,
Anniversary, New Year, Christmas, Deepavali, Pongal, Ramzan,
Independence Day, Republic Day etc. are all good occasions for planting
trees. |
|
|
All Educational and other big Institutions and Enterprises are ordered
to plant trees on their campus. Houses not having even a single tree,
but consuming up others Oxygen must be fined. Or those houses must be
included for a thing called 'AirTax'. |
