Dead Leopard Blues: For Ms. Oddity

What lies on that road, with its body in a twist?

Oh, I hope to the Lord, it ain't Jean-Baptiste!

But Thank God again, this dead cat is from Bombay

Far from the Maple Leaf, where the lady shouts: "Kaam dey!"

There's fear in Mulund, and fear over the city

The news travels far, to the distant Ms. Oddity

Strange tidings have we these days verily heard

In the mean streets of Bombay, dead lies a leopard

The greens are truly angry, the see the earth's fall

Moms ask their kids, to stay away from the mall

Far away, near the Arctic, this amuses a fugitive Bong

While anxious moms worry, this one sings a song

Now wait dear lady, till they make you come back

On a tired Mumbai evening, you shall crave for the sack

A sudden growl shall shake thee, near the local rail

Perhaps you shall cry, mebbe you shall wail

You'll shed your sandals, you'll take to your heels

Get a first hand knowledge, of how those moms feel

You'll run for your life, not caring 'bout the disha

Wishing in your heart, you'd got that Kanadian visa!
