Registration

Registration is free, but you must send a SASE for the return of your #s

^{No certificates are issued and
registration cards are kept on file by the registrar. On a 3" x 5" card, send
the following info for each model IN THE ORDER LISTED BELOW either typed or neatly
printed. Unknown models may have a photocopy of their picture on the tack of the
registration card for help in identification. Please write the registration # on the back
of all show photos entered in monthly shows.}

^{A)Make (List in upper left hand corner of
card IF KNOWN — don’t guess)
B)Name (If a duplicate, your initials or stable
initials will be used as prefix)}

C)Breed

D)Age or date foaled

E) Sex

F) Sire (may be added later)

G) Dam (may be added later)

H) Colon/markings

I) OF or Repaint — Eyecolor (see chart below)

J) Model # if known, and height to eartips (If old mold, list approx age)

K) Gait or Position (standing, walking, grazing, etc)

L) Owner’s name/address on back of card (unless photocopy is on back of card)

EYECOLOR CHART

A — Solid black (whole eye is black)

B — Bi—color (black iris w/white in corner or underneath, no eyeliner)

C — Eyeliner (same as above except w/eyeliner above and below eye)

D — Old Tn—Eye (Usually older models, good color seperation, eye neatly done, 3 color with or without eyeliner)

Dd — New Tri-Eye (Usually newer models, colors run together, eye sloppily done, 3 color with or without eyeliner)

E — Black dot (Black iris only)

F — Repaint

G — Other (Please describe)
