HOW CAN I SAVE THE WORLD?

How can I save our sinking world?

What grand idea can I unfurl,

To make a difference, to change the course

To influence the world with a mighty force.

To make all people feel the need

Of the love of God, and sow the seed,

So everyone will look above

To feel and live and share His love.

I thought, I ask, I looked around

No grand idea could be found,

Then from above the answer came

Just do it all in Jesus’ name.

One step, one deed or one kind word

Now listen though it sounds absurd,

It’s the little things, a personal touch

In our daily walk that mean so much,

To all who struggle and need a hand

As we journey on to the promise land.
