JUST LEAN ON ME!

I said your way was too hard

It's not fair, was my plee

How can I do your will

But You said, "Just lean on Me!"

I said the temptations are to strong

And Satan will not flee

I just keep on sinning

But You said, "Just lean on Me!"

I said people are putting me down

Telling me I'm living in a fantasy

That I'm Stupid to believe in You

And You said, "Just lean on Me!"

I asked you to take away the pain

The problems, the trials, can we agree

How much more I could do for You

And you said, "Just lean on Me!"

So I stopped trying to do it alone

I gave it to You and became free

Everyday I just follow Your lead

When You said, "Just lean of Me!"
