I want to compare and contrast the
curriculums of the art education
programs of the United States with
those of Taiwan and, hopefully,
integrate the best features of both in
the future. I want to be able to
analyze the strengths and
weaknesses of both in how they
apply to theatre esthetics teaching.
I hope to bring a greater appreciation for the
arts to my community through an expanded
and diverse curriculum and more
presentations that are brought to the public.
Science and Technology bring convenience
and, perhaps, prosperity to many but the arts
bring an aesthetic quality into our lives and,
in this fast paced and frenzied world, I
aspire to have that aesthetic quality reach a
greater audience.
