Madison - Madeline Rose "Maddie Rose Toes" Hunter,
21 months old, was called home to her Father in Heaven
on Friday, August 26, 2005 surrounded by her family and
friends. She was born on November 28, 2003, the daughter
of Mark and Robin (Orlow) Hunter of Madison. On December
21, 2003 she was made a child of God through baptism at
Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Maddie was an energetic
little girl with a zest for life, and a beautiful spirit.
She had the face of an angel, and the most beautiful blue
eyes which sparkled with light and reflected a love and
knowledge far beyond her tender age. Maddie had a never
ending smile which could brighten even the cloudiest of
days, and a laugh that could bring joy to an entire room.
Maddie loved to share, and loved playing with her big sister
"Rhi-Rhi". Maddie was always very giving with all of her
hugs and kisses and sometimes even shared her toys. Maddie
Rose is loved by family from coast to coast; from Seattle
to Pennsylvania. She is survived by her parents, Mark and
Robin of Madison; her big sister, Rhianna of Madison;
maternal grandparents, Gary and Judy Orlow of Waukesha;
paternal grandparents, Wayne and Kathy Hunter of Landenberg,
PA; an aunt, Nicole Orlow of Waukesha; an uncle, James Hunter
of Seattle, WA and godparents Brian and Kristin Baney of
Belleville. She is also survived by her great grandparents,
other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held
at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1701 McKenna Blvd on Wednesday,
August 31, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Robert J. Knippel
officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday
from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services. A private burial
will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of
flowers, memorials in Madeline's name may be made out to Mark
and Robin Hunter, to be put into a memorial fund that will be
established at a later date. Madeline and her parents would
like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the paramedics, as
well as the medical staff at the UW hospital, especially the
doctors and nurses in the PICU who showed such love and respect
for this little angel. Joyce-Ryan Funeral Home & Cremation Services 5701 Odana Rd. Madison, WI 53719 608-274-1000 www.ryanfuneralservice.com |
