WBC - (WHITE BLOOD CELL)- cells needed to fight off infections, when they are low she is more likely to get sick.
ANC - (ABSOLUTE NEUTROPHIL COUNT) -this is used to decide about treatment and the risk for infection. You must always report a fever because it could mean that the ANC is low (infection).
HEMOGLOBIN (Hgb)- they carry oxygen to all the cells of the body, and give us energy.  When low you have what is called anemia. 
PLATELETS- sticky cells that help stop bleeding.  The lower the count the more you are at risk for bleeding and bruising.
